Returns & Exchanges

At Easysea, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sports gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Easysea account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
